low season rates

high season rates

A high season surcharge applies during the Northern summer (20 July to 12 September) and the Christmas (15 December to 10 January) periods, weekly and monthly rates are not available at these times.

deposits & cancellations

As all villa bookings are on a first come first serve basis you should make a reservation as early as possible. A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking with the balance due payment 3 weeks prior to the arrival at Villa Bulan.

* Please note that the booking deposit is not refundable but can be applied to another booking within one year and/or is fully transferable to anyone you like.

payment options

The 50% booking deposit must be made by bank transfer and the balance can also be paid by bank transfer in advance or by cash/credit card on arrival.

Please note that payments for optional extra services are by by credit card or in cash on presentation of the invoice, please communicate your needs as much as possible prior to or during your stay at Villa Bulan.

by telegraphic transfer

* Please note that for telegraphic transfer (TT) payments we require the full quoted amount to be received in our US dollar account, any bank transfer fees are to be applied to your own account.

Bank account details are not listed on this web site, we will send you our bank account details at the time of reservation.

by credit card

We accept Visa and Master Card, please note that our bank will apply a 3.0% credit card charge which we will have to add to your total payment.
